We are proud to say that Dan Warner is one of only 3 Family Mediators in the state of Florida to be approved by the National Academy of Family Mediators as a Certified Consultant for other mediators to confer with during difficult cases. There are only 110 mediators with this recognition in the entire nation. He is one of only 15 Family Mediators in Florida (740 nationally) to be approved by the Academy of Family Mediators as a Practitioner Member. Amazingly, he is one of only 85 Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediators awarded Diplomat membership status of the 1,000 members of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.
Dan Warner's career began after graduating Stanford University and Cornell University of Law. He has since served for 5 years as a Director of the oldest mediation organization in Florida, The Florida Association of Professional Family mediators. He then served 11 years on the Board and 2 years as the President of The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the largest organization of mediators in the state.
Since 1998, Dan has been a faculty member of The Florida Coastal School of Law as Adjunct Professor of Law teaching mediation. He has served twice as the Chair of the Jacksonville Bar Associations Mediation Committee. Dan has been on the faculty of The Florida Coastal School of Law as Adjunct Professor of Law teaching mediation since 1998, and he has served twice as the Chair of the Jacksonville Bar Associations Mediation Committee.
After beginning his amazing career 30 years ago, Dan has conducted more than 3,000 successful divorces in Jacksonville and surrounding counties. Also, Dan Warner was a JAG officer in the military and has complete hundreds of successful military divorce mediations in Jacksonville.
He serves Jacksonville, FL and all of northeast Florida including Clay,
St. John’s and Nassau county.
